I grew up loving music since i was a kid,i listen to all sorts of music,my genre that i like most is old skool,r&b,soulfull house,funky house,jazz,reggae anything goes.I do most mixes for people to enjoy and share and really try to keep it simple and clean as possible.I also have youtube channes called Dj funky Joe..so check it out...i try to load my mixes on youtube to share with followers....

DJ Mark Almond began DJ'ing in 1980, started first club work in 82. Published the highly successful DJ Mix Mag called "BPM Chart Mag" during the mid 80s. Began mixing in 81 on fixed speed decks, then SL1210s, and currently CDJ's. Remixed, and edited many tracks, originally on Revox A77 and B77 reel to reel machines and a sharp razor blade! Now using Ableton Live to mix and remix and produce House music. Still active in the dance music scene and currently writing a book about his "explosive" life style within the club world, and the music business in general

Searching for new styles, search for myself led to the House sound, nowadays I try to do music in different directions. With age, attitudes have changed and my heart told me that I belong to deep house, progressive house, deep techno /soulful & funky & Disco & jackin house.
