A special show this week, a tribute to one of the pioneer's of trance - Torsten Fenslau. Resident DJ at Frankfurt's Dorian Gray, owner of Abfahrt Records, and producer under numerous pseudonyms (including Euro dance outfit Culture Beat), Torsten was amongst the first to combine elements of new beat, EBM and techno-house into a new sound that would take the underground dance floors by storm in the early to mid 1990s.
Just as his career was hitting a peak, he was killed in a motor accident on November 6, 1993 - 20 years ago this week.
