As you sometimes do, a set grows beyond what you thought it would be. Your plan was just to play for a certain amount of time. Out goes that plan! Sticking with it, you see where it goes, what unfolds. This is how it closed.
There are times when I like to leave bringing in a new track until the last moment. How often are so closing sections forgotten, ignored and unplayed when they could be given that odd chance to be heard. Some make more sense as the place to bring in your next track because they have something you can work with. Not always containing any beats as well. It's almost like playing with ambient music and fitting a rhythmic track onto it. Things become more expressive too.
I've featured tracks here that fall between a chilled version of Psychedelic and a lazy version of Progressive. They worked together to make this quite atmospheric, in a relaxed way that still can have you stomping. Being around 135 BPM, you can bring more out in some tracks.
