I've been collecting vinyl since the mid 80s when hip hop and electro hit the uk, in the late 80s got into house music and have been DJing since the early 90s. my tastes are very varied and I'm happy playing anything from house to disco, funk and reggae, I favour vinyl but do play CDs and digital also. I'm currently into 70/80s disco and early house, mainly Paradise Garage classics. The music (that eventually led to house) from this era played by Larry Levan is so soulful and thought provoking that you cannot help but love it.
