I have many friend through social media who share a more spiritual side to their life like me so the early part of the mix reflects this with both Spiritual and New Age, as the mix progresses Jazz Fusion comes to the fore with some great percussion on the later tracks. So the title refers how we become aware that we are spiritual being having a human experience, not a human being having a spiritual experience.. Once we do life has a vibrancy as we discover our true identity, and that is reflected in the closing tracks.
