I put this mix together so I'd have something uplifting to listen to while I walked to my day-job from my home in the East End of London (a pretty rough part of town - you have to know the city to understand what that means :-) to my offices in the financial district of the City of London. This collection of tunes sets just the right note as I make the 50 minute journey on foot through some gritty urban landscapes, my chin up and a big smile on my face - the locals probably think I'm a nutter!
