A Dj from the South of England SYKES has many years of experience behind the decks. Started listening to proper 'dance music' back in the late 80's early 90's whilst attending numerous parties, raves and moving on to clubs. This is when my love of playing the music I was listening to kicked off. Starting as a bedroom Dj as most did back in the early 90's I bought my first pair of 1200's and it kicked off from there playing at parties and the odd rave or 2!
It slowed from there a little on the playing out front although my love of 'good' music never left me. 90's came and went in a blur until I helped promote a night at a club on the south coast... And on the back of that got a residency there. This kick started a new found love of playing house music ( and other genres) to the masses! That feeling is THE best and it never leaves you.
