Bio

Born in Fort Myers, Florida and mostly raised in Milwaukee, WI, Saint808 was raised around music the majority of his life. As a former drummer, in 1993 he took a different path and started researching the EDM scene. In the early 90's, SaiNt808 found his way into local Latin-house parties and events. He quickly realized he found something he liked, but also found that something was missing from the sound. It wasn't 100% exactly what he was looking for. After some time, he had found his way into the local underground rave scene (from the likes of Drop Bass Network) and realized he loved the adventure this "secret society" of phone calls and map points had to offer. Hunting down this beautiful underground music was so craving and what he was looking for. By mid '93, early 94, he got his first set of turntables and started his new craft. Between the scene, music, and people, he realized his calling and true passion. This is when he decided to throw his first event (around 1995) at an underground house party underneath a hair salon. He and other dj's played alongside his headliner Mystic Bill. After that taste, he couldn't get enough and started throwing more events and playing out more. One such event was one of the most talked about underground shows for years, "Bring it Back!". The focus of the show was to bring back the underground music ("illegal" warehouse parties), which were already phasing out for legal, larger arena type venues. So, he and a few friends broke into an abandoned warehouse and set the show up for a banger of a party! SaiNt808 has played alongside such names as Mystic Bill, Gene Farris, Stacy Kidd, Sonny Fodera, ESP Woody McBride, Dave the Drummer, Frank Solano, and Aaron Litschke (just to name a few). After a few year hiatus and experiencing some rough waters in life, here it is almost 18+ years later and he feels as if he's never left. He is looking forward to the future and continuing his love and passion for music and everything else this scene has to offer. In 2008, he started 808 sT. as a outlet to continue throwing events as well as to give past, present, and future DJ's a home for their craft.
