You Broadcast Radio came about when a group of likeminded people thought that it would be a good idea to give people the opportunity to present their own shows where otherwise they may never get the chance. So it has been set up with a number of established DJ’s and a number of slots available for potential presenters using modern technology. The positions are open for anyone to upload their sets, the music will then be available through selection to listen to, by an audience determined by the pure quality of audio. The programming service will be predominantly music lead playing a wide selection ranging from soul reggae and house all the way to trance and all the other descriptions of dance in-between.
The people behind the project have varying degrees of skills ranging from nightclub promotion, sales, IT and the setting up of a full blown legal FM station for the London area. DJ’s who have played to live audiences in excess of 5000 people and been far and wide on their journey including Hong Kong, Singapore, a Thursday residency at Space in Ibiza, Ayia Napa (Cyprus), Spain, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Jersey & Guernsey .
As can be seen this is a team that will ensure that a quality source of radio and entertainment will be available to the masses to listen to and participate in. Utilising skills and contacts built up over the years the station has the potential to create work and generate income for what can be described as an extremely vibrant market.
