Thanx for the compliment. Dig in theres plenty I dont believe in over doing the mix. If the song is good it will do the work for you. Some editing is ok but too much gets obnoxious.

One common technique I quickly grow tired of is when an oldies track sounds like Stars On 45 or start with excessively long beat intros. I understand they are useful for live mixing but its terrible for listening.One song I wish I could mix is the original hit by Friend and Lover Reach Out of The Darkness Even though theres a few remixes sampled and covers including a rerecording by FL nothing moves me the same way as the studio hit and the remix I have in my head. This song has the element of being repetitive done wrong it can be painful to listen.
