I did this mix back in 2012 so I could spend hours on my holiday on the lounger, by the pool, drinking cocktails and listening to quality tunes! It's rather long as I planned to sit by the pool for a rather long time, every day!
The title tells the story in that you hear a lot of these tunes in lots of classic mixes, old skool mixes and so on. So, yes, they are slightly predictable and yet still epic as each and every tune is awesome (to me at least) and I have story to tell on each of them, like that overwhelmingly warm glow I got listening to Higher State of Consciousness for the first time I heard my mate playing it on his decks in his bedroom. I wasn't prepared for it, my face glowed, my spine tingled and I was in awe!
Anyway my description goes on for as long as the mix does! I wish I would have uploaded it sooner but better late than never. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Listen to it in chunks, whilst doing DIY or if you're lounging in the sun for several hours too!
