Since I was 14 years old I really love perfect mixing! As DJ Da Wick I started in the early 80s with soulful & funky tunes. And then house music stept into my life. Boom - what is that? Marshall Jefferson, Farley "Jackmaster" Funk, Jesse Saunders and others changed my stile of music. All these Traxx on DJ International or Trax Records were absolutely out of space. Thank God I could be part of that time "when house music was born". And than it came Acid, Deep House, Soulful House and all that good stuff. It was an incredible time and i was allowed to experience it. In the late 80th, 90th & 2000th I was resident DJ in different clubs in Germany. One of it was the famous Checker's Club in DĂĽsseldorf. Here I played for Claudia Schiffer, Heidi Klump or Mick Hucknall from Simply Red. I will always remember that time. Now I'm doing some mixes from time to time just for the love of music. (Still everything in key and in beat, of course.) HAVE A LISTEN AND YOU WILL HAVE FUN !!! Remember when DJ sets were musical journeys? Before it was... "how many top 10 remixes, samples, and shit can I fit into a 55 minute festival set demo mix"?? That's back when I got into DJing, and that's how I still do it. Often 1-2+ hours, made as a complete package. Not much glitz and glam. No defined genre bounds. The way it used to be. Heavy bass. Deep kicks. Infectious rhythms. Timeless melodies. Sprinkle in some vocals. Put on high volume. Rinse and repeat. Coming to you from the neon glow of Las Vegas, I am just a Midwestern 90's rave kid who happened to keep a shitload of vinyls after being forced out into the real world. I took so much time finding these records through good old fashioned vinyl mining. Would be a shame if every last one wasn't heard. So here they are...

LAPREVOTE Thomas (DJ Tom'Mix Spice) est animateur musical et DJ Généraliste* depuis le 01/01/2010. Originaire de VENTRON (88) , Thomas est attiré par la musique dès ses 14 ans, au cours d'une soirée entre copains il s’intéresse plus particulièrement à la sonorisation et commence a monter une petite scène muni de peu de matériel. C'est à partir de ce moment que son parcours musical commence. Il est plus connu sous son nom de scène DJ Tom'Mix Spice. Il commence à toucher les platines et ne va plus les quitter en passant ses journées avec un casque sur les oreilles et en essayant de s'inspirer de ses DJ préférés "Chuckie, Deadmau5, Tiësto, Hardwell ...", à l'âge de 15 ans il anime des soirées un peu partout en essayant de se faire connaitre. Début Aout 2010 il commence à créer ses propres mix, grâce à Facebook mais aussi son hébergeur musical soundcloud qui a un franc succès auprès de ses auditeurs. Début Avril 2011 Thomas crée et devient responsable de "AQUASOUND - animation" avec 2 de ses copains (Light Jockey & Vidéo Jockey).
