Metro Beatz is a South Florida based DJ/Producer/Remixer/Engineer of House/Electronic, R&B & Hip Hop Music for Music Of Class Productions and MOCRadio Network. Metro Beatz also known as 'LC' orginally from Lawrence, Ma has a long history & career in music since the mid 80s starting with his first rap group 'The Fresh Express - Stop (Before You Get Started)' which was a local hit in Greensboro, NC then scored an underground rap hit in 1990 with his group 'Mind Over Matter - Invisible Enemy' Soon after, Metro Beatz would move to Atlanta in 1990 working with several upcoming R&B & Hip artist, working at records stores, spinning at clubs in Atlanta and spinning mixtapes eventually collaborating with Chris Brann from Wamdue Kids, he caught the bug for House music, relocated to South Florida spinning on Miami's number one station Hot 105, spinning celebrity parties and released his first solo House music project on Terrence Parker's 'Parker MusicWorks Label' in 2008. Currently Metro Beatz now releases fresh new House Music on his own imprint 'Music Of Class' through Symphonic Distribution. I started spinning back in the early eighties, purely 12". I have been all throughout the industry from Mobile, Club, After Hours and back to Mobile.....still missing Club Play. I still keep up with the tunes and still enjoy my own mixes in my ride..... A huge thanks for everyone who took the time to check out my mixes. I think that it is awesome that I am able to reach out to so many people from around the world!! Music is meant to be shared with friends, it takes you to places and times that sometimes you cannot explain. Thank you to everyone else out there who is sharing their skills! The best comment that I have ever had yet was from someone who said that my Club Mix inspired them to get back into spinning :).
