Way back when he was a small child his ambition to have a good collection of music started when his second ever record purchased was, Jack and chill - The Jack That House Built, (do you want to know what the first record was?) Ok Ok, The frog Chorus. He then went on to buying more classic vinyls with other friends at a little shop in Salisbury called Phoenix Records, this shop was the best for finding classic albums like all the Chicago House, Detroit Techno, Acid House E.t.c albums about back then, at about the age of fifteen Jinx then moved on to cassette tape mixing, which (if any of you know) is quite tricky to do, but when you got in to it the rewards are quite fruitful. He then went on to mixing the very hard way, using two separate cheap record players, with no pitch, no decent stylus's, no mixer, he just used the volume controllers on each record player to fade each track in and out. JinxC's (then known as Indulgence, yes the promoter gave him his first name) first booking came just before he was 18 years old, playing in Salisbury's Legendary Concordes nightclub, this venue put Salisbury on the raving map and is still close to many a Salisbury raver /clubber's heart even though the place shut down many years ago. JinxC’ formerly known as DJ ‘Vitamin C’, started mixing when he was 15 years old back in 1990, playing Hardcore & Jungle.Jinx in the early days was recognised as more of a free party DJ but went on to grace the turntables just about everywhere in Salisbury including largeevents held at Salisbury Arts Centre and Salisbury Leisure Centre. He has also played out at clubs such as Chaplins; Enzos; The Gallery; Po Na Na; Tremor; The Barn; The Trinity Centre; Flabbergast NYE 2006 In Ipswich and For ‘Firewall’ on the 26th of August 2007 in Bridgewater at the Palace Nightclub and many more other places located around the Salisbury area. Jinx also helped organise a DJ workshop called Bass Connection and was also one of the founders, he trained young people to mix records. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham). This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

I have a huge passion for hard house and first heard it on a cd my older sister was playing called hard house nation around 2003. I have been hooked on it since and started djn not long after on a pair of vestax turntables and now have moved onto cdjs. Due to family commitments I didn't have the chance to progress and follow my dream of becoming a top hard house dj. I have now decided to give it ago and has had current success with a track signed by vicious circle. I hope to continue and release more tracks and also get myself some sets at known events. I hope you enjoy my work and to see you in a club real soon... Mark

Hi, I'm Dave, from Coventry, and i started djing way back in 1990, while still at school, inspired by legends Sasha and Carl Cox after listening to sets, given to me from older friends! I spent a lot of my time during the early 90's at the legendary club Eclipse, in Coventry, where i met lots of fantastic people including some of the finest DJ's around at the time, doing a couple of sets in Marco Polo, Birmingham. I also ventured across the midlands, clubbing wise, to places including Shelley's, Institute and Coast 2 Coast. After 5 years, i fell out of love with the scene, seeing as it was changing and not to my liking, to be honest and in 1995 i gave up raving and djing. Kept my vinyl, though, just in case!! Got back into it in 2006 after listening to online radio playing a lot of oldskool, and thought I'd give it another go. Not had the confidence to play out again, since but you never know..... Favourite DJ's. Carl Cox, Sasha, Ellis Dee, Stu Allan, Ratty, Tango, Ray Keith, Mark Archer. Clubs. Eclipse, Shelley's, Institute, Coast 2 Coast

my love affair with music started in 94 & i started DJing in 98. at first i was buying happy hardcore & house but as the years progressed i started buying most styles of dance music. i have played at various events including Fantazia/Illusion, The Concept Club, Revive, HeavenzHalo, Encapsulated Energy, Rave Radio, In-ter-dance, Heritage & Unity. i also used to run two pirate radio stations in Stoke On Trent & more recently have played on various internet radio stations including Rave Info, Nu-Perception Radio, Raiders Of The Old Skool/Raiders Radio, Impulse Radio, UR Radio (also head of radio), Rave Radio, Breakage Radio, Desiderium Radio & Asylum Radio. my favorite era in music is 86-99 after then imo it sadly changed musically in the wrong direction, although i do like the odd tune after then & upfront hardcore techno/gabba (& its various sub genres) & makina. i have all sorts in my collection including hardcore, bouncy techno, gabba, techno, jungle/dnb, hip hop/house, house, acid house, trance, old skool, breaks/breakbeat, hard trance, hardstyle, makina, trancecore & freeform etc. my favorite styles that i like to play are house, old skool, 90s happy hardcore & bouncy techno. im an old skool head so i dont like much new music, most of what i play is tunes that i grew up with & im still buying vinyl mostly tunes i missed out on the first time round. for bookings: raindancerob.com@gmail.com
