In 2004 The House Kings was founded by DJ Franzo (Francesco) and DJ Jayski (Jason) in Toronto, Canada. Aiming to spin the hottest in house music, they ventured on to do smaller parties before landing a residency at The Swimming Pool, a legendary bar before its untimely demise the summer of 2008. The House Kings buzz has solely travelled by word of mouth, garnering them gigs at the famous El Mocambo, Atellier, Tryst, Hotel and The Blind Duck to mention a few. Upon DJ Jayski’s move to Sweden for personal reasons in 2009, DJ Franzo was invited to spin at the The Design Talks, Umeå Institute of Design’s year end event in Umeå Sweden. The reunited House Kings have now left their unique mark on the northern Sweden house scene, and are now preparing to hit hard in 2011 with a whole new look. El Schabat Started with vinyl ...100% vinyl of course ;-). after some mixing experience and fun fun fun I started doing this with midi-controllers sending messages programming days and night untill it worked and did what I want them to do! via allen & heath's xone 2d xone 1d and a xone 42 in between. Novations launchpad and its LED give visual feedback from traktor pro 2 status. Dear Friends of Music Since I can go, I have been interested in music. I could never save money during my apprenticeship, because I spent everything on new LPs and musicarrangements. Meanwhile a music studio had become from my room, later even a really professional mix studio. Till this day I observe the music scene daily. Little does more joy than good sound to me. In the meantime, I have mixed more than 40000 sound carriers as well as some sampler. Of course you are able to pre-listen on my homepage my newest CDs. However, you can still discover even more.In the 90s I have often worked also as a DJ. I put on in events, in clubs, in radio stations and in roller skate discos. Ronny Gee moves for a long time through the clubs in Brandenburg/Germany and yet he is a real hot insider tip. Used to be a friend of the hard styles, the 4 / 4 beat, drives it him now to the shifting sides of the music. But still, he does never lose his home from his ears and plays that, what he likes! Whether from the good old days or fresh from the vinyl-press, he really knows how to combine the styles. As head and mastermind of the Party-Crew -Sound of East Side-, he always understood it over years to assembly the crowd around him and is one of the few “good old guys”, who still accompany the scene of Brandenburg and present to an honest and consistent sound. In his room for plates he have the finest vinyl beads, most of the sound-proof music collectors are the envy of his own. He send the consumers deep and floating through his sets and takes them on a musical journey. The reason was for him the year 1993. Electronic music, which was expressed at that time in the form of rave, trance or happy hardcore swept, by degrees from Berlin to him too in the rural area. At that time he was prescribed the punk / hardcore and heard also like Hip Hop. But one evening, he dragged with a few of his best friends in a club, it should now change his life significantly. From the first visit on, he was so much fascinated by the vipes, the energy and atmosphere, which brought the music with it. After diving in to the LA Underground scene in 1990, I took to the decks a year later and haven' stopped since. I have held multiple residencies in Southern CA including: The League of Spiritual Discovery-Santa Barbara, oNE Entertainment-LA, Beatbox-SB, NYM-SB, EOS Nightclub/Lounge-SB,Tonic-SB, Velvet Jones-SB, Indochine-SB, The Madhouse-SB & Red's SB. Including countless warehouse parties throughout SoCal where I had the opportunity to play beside the likes of: Frankie Bones, Thee-O(LA), Doc Martin, David Alverado, Christopher Lawrence, Marken X, Ron D Core...etc. In addition I held the position of resident DJ to the Santa Barbara International Film Festival for 7 years. I played numerous cocktail meet and greets as well as the after parties for honored celebrities including: Leonardo DiCaprio, Heath Leger, George Clooney, Kate Winslet, Peter Jackson, Kevin Bacon, Forest Whitaker, Mickey Rourke & Helen Mirren to name a few. I have also had the privilege in my DJ carrer to serve as Executive Producer on Planet East recordings headed by Alexander East. As well as a brief small white label brand of my own called, Equal Housing Records. I have gone through just about every style that has evolved through the scene... Old School Techno, Acid Breaks, Progressive House, Breakbeat, Old School Electro(mid-90's), Drum & Bass & various forms of House. I have now settled in to Deep/Funky/Jackin/Deep Tech House. My current project is a clothing line I created called re:FRESH Urban Wear. It is a line dedicated to DJ's and music enthusiasts. The first design launched in Sept of 2012.
