***********Music expresses feelings and thoughts without language. It was below and before speech, and it is above and beyond all words********** Without music life would be a mistake ♫ My grandfather was an amazing musician and influenced my love for music from my early years on. I started DJing at the age of 18, when my mother asked me if I want a driving licence for my birthday or a record player - I decided for the record player ☺ My idols were and are Todd Terry, Westbam, Gary D., Paul Oakenfold, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Matthias Heilbronn and many others. I spinned "live" at a few parties and at some clubs. I love all types of music, so I spinned "Salsa and Merengue" for a few years too - love the Latin vibe. My style depends on my daily mood ;)) House-Mixes is a great site to share our passion for music...keep the vibe alive ☺

Dj Teddy Haynes swapped the green fields of England for the blue skies of France and now resides in the city of Marseille. Spinning good gastronomic underground house tunes that have been blended and slightly sauté and presented in a nouvelle cuisine stylee! These days Haynes can be found teaming up with the other througherbreds from Pizzazz Promotions stables, old timer Casey Jones freshly back from a season in Ibiza and the Ableton mistress The Groove Navigator. Please do me a favor and pass the mix's around if you're into them. I'd love for them to be heard by as many as possible as always.

Carl started off as a glass collector in a local nightclub, he always had a feel and a love for music and when the resident dj never turned up the manager asked him to go and play a few tunes, he did although he had never mixed on 2 record decks he was mixing his first tracks within thirty minutes. He says ' I couldn't believe how easy I picked it up, I used to watch the resident dj and had an idea of what to do and when asked to cover for him I put it to practice and found it really easy, I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones'. Carl has never stopped perfecting his mixes the 10 years he has been playing and continues to strive in his performances, now using his laptop and Traktor he plays some very creative sets, although he does make sure he takes some records with him for good measure. 'I will never leave records it's how I started and learned and there is nothing like taking a vinyl out and hearing it been played sounds so much warmer than a cd, but I had to join the digital era and it is a lot easier on my back'. He then went on to run his own night BACK2HOUSE which was very successful, after this he was offered to do guest sets in local bars and clubs and gaining a loyal following of members he then progressed to run DELICIOUS another night with a soundtrack consisting of retro and funky vocal house tracks. After a few years of running his nights he received a phone call to become the resident dj at the nightclub he first started out, he gladly accepted and was rocking the dance floor week in week out for 3 years. He then took a break in which he started to have a go at producing.....

I Started to Dj @ the age of 18, mainly interested in house music & the sound of that day,(yes im an 80's kid) I progressed into different genres such as funky house, speed garage, bassline house, electo, jackin, electro line & classics, Ny first encounter as a DJ was with a set of Technics 1210's then went on to master CD's I still like to crack out the vinyl when I can as you can't beat the sound of it... My Real Mainstay has always been House, I feel that it the one Genre that is universal, Regardless of what Subgenre it decides to morph itself into next week it still gets my hairs on end when I hear a good track. As for my Favourite Track of all time it has to be Twintown - ROKIT, That track fucks me over everytime I hear it. Ive always tried to keep at the top of my game with the tracks that i choose to play, not a one for your commercial chart, I couldn't tell you a single song that is currently in the charts (bad I Know) Managed to hold down a few residency's over the years in my Old Stopmping Ground Of the Midlands and I managed to create a decent following along the way for the sound that i rock out, currently looking for opportunites in the North West Feel free to ask away

Dj'ing since the age of 14; I first learnt the trade mixing hardcore drum and base of the early 90's. Then listening to the likes of Todd Terry, Dj Sneak, Derrick Carter and Roger Sanchez, to name of a few, changed all that and I turned me ear to house music. Having enjoyed many sets around Leeds, some of my personal favourites have been Atrium, Hi Fi Club, Normans and Town House. Although I often found myself on the dance floor of Back 2 Basics, I have never been fortunate to make the 1 & 2's there. Anyway...hope you like my work and enjoy
