1992 072417 Peek Freans Are Back (320kbps)

There is a sub genre of UK 'Ardkore that no one really talks about or even thinks exists.  Due to this
I have yet to hear a mix online that focuses on this sub genre.  That sub genre is Deep House style
UK 'Ardkore.  Tracks that pull samples, loops, and production techniques from deep house records that
were popular at the same time.

I don't claim to have or know them all but I do love the ones that I do have.  The first half of this mix
certainly focuses on tracks like this, the last half may be more of a tangent into the rushier summertime
tracks to keep things interesting and joyful.

There is one that eludes me that DJ Mars of the USA had but will not tell me about.  It samples Sindee Notice Me
and features that beautiful hammond organ deep house sound.  It's a killer tune and hopefully I will find out
what it's called someday.

Till then, this will do nicely.

The title?  Ohh I love Peek Freans cookies.  Unfortunatly Mondelize International bought the brand only to kill
it so they have less competition.  I see Peek Freans still exist in Canada so Mondelize, those beotches,
only killed the brand for the USA.  Fortunatly, Stop & Shop has brought back my favorite Frean, the circular
Orio-esk cookie with the jelly in the center.  They are awesome!  Thank you very much Stop & Shop!  Now maybe
you can bring back the rest of the Peek Freans under your own name and kick Mondelize to the curb!
