Damien "DuB" Shank is a Norwegian DJ currently residing in Bergen. He originates out of Tønsberg on the east coast, where he grew up to gangster rap and underground hip hop. His interest and fascination for music, hip hop in particular ,manifested itself in 2003 when he started writing rhimes and recording tracks with his best friend. Chris, a.k.a. Chris the Wiz. Musical talent, creativity and genuine passion helped compensate for the lack of a studio and the numerous unaffordable gadgets. Throughout the next years, GLP churned out 3 mixtapes and a number of underground "hits" in Tønsberg. After the GLP venture, Damien relocated to the west coast to attend college. Today, 3 years later, he is discovering the joys of DJ'ing and exploring the universe of electronic music. Being relatively new to mixing, Damien has not settled for one particular style or genre, but plays a variety of genres, mostly along he lines of electro-house, minimal-techno, dubstep and drum n' bass. http://www.lokamotiv.blogspot.com
