His mission is simple, rocking the dance floor where ever he goes accomplishing his goal through the sounds of dark, sexy, groovin House, Techno and Tech House without compromising the Deep and Soulful sounds House music has been known for and popularized by in its years of existence.
Beginning his career in Miami, Fl, Damien Ford captured the hearts of many nightclub-goers with his marathon sets which displayed a versatile style which allowed him to play in both intimate lounges,like his weekly residency at Tantra, to world renown nightclubs like Nocturnal, Parkwest, Ink, and Pangaea/Gryphon @ The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fl.
In later years, Damien would move to the music capital of the world, NYC, where he began his career with a new look, sound and attitude. Thanks to his success in Miami, the young, popular Disc Jockey quickly found himself playing in world renown nightclubs like Pacha, Webster Hall, Neptunes Beach Club, Asseteria @ Arena, Manor, Sullivan Room and Love in NY and Deko Lounge, Surf Club, 118 Lounge, Sandbar and 46 Lounge in NJ. He quickly became known for his ability to command a room's attention, and to leaveclub-goers in awe; which consequently allowed him to develop a huge, devoted fan base eager to follow Damien wherever he goes. His fans especially appreciate his consistency; he can be counted on to always provide an up-beat vibe that makes it almost impossible to get up and dance.
As a mark of ability, Damien Ford was fortunate enough to share the decks with some of the worlds greatest djs/producers including: D-Formation, Martinez, &ME, Austin Leeds, Nick Terranova (Starkillers), Kobbe and D-Unity.
No stranger to the term "sleepless night", Damien Ford has worked effortlessly to get to where he is today. His hard work, dedication and eagerness to be heard on the global scale, has brought him to the finals of the NGDJ Competition, where he placed 7th out of the thousands of International entries, also placing the highest amongst any DJ in the United States. His ability to mix seamlessly allows Damien to exhibit juggling of multiple tracks and Acapellas perfectly at the drop of a dime.
His passion and dedication to the career has led Damien to utilize his years of musical background in the studio, while also taking on the task of label owner, having been passed the torch by former Land of Voodoo Recordings owner and originator, DJ/Producer, Kobbe. With several upcoming releases and a newly acquired Internationally recognized label to run, Damien Ford plans to show the world his versatility reaches the studio as well as the DJ booth, while taking his vision and dreams of owning a successful label and turning them into a reality...
