DomiNo was a Human, before Pop ate his Heart and pushed him off a 150 story Building. The Industry Re-Invented and Re-Wired The Now Cyborg in the likeness of Pop. Russian Software, German Hardware. Made In Canada. The Perfect Gadget. He had to get away from the Industry, they had Chaos Control over his Processor. Destroying his Rehabilitator and stealing a Time Machine, he fled to a distant time.
