All my gear got stolen about 7 months ago along with my computer so i gotta start up again. My pervious setup was:
-a decent desktop computer with a creative x-fi gamer soundcard (decent enough for audio production, it has a midi synth onboard)
- M-Audio Axiom 49 with sustain pedal
- Cubase 3 SX with alot of extra plugins and VST intruments
Andrei Aldea was an enthusiastic keyboarder/composer and producer, running his own makeshift studio out of his bedroom with just a midi controller keyboard and Digital Audio Workstation software. Inspiration came from all over the place and creativity came with relative ease but then things took a turn for the worst.Just a few weeks after Christmas of 2008, Andrei's equipment got stollen from his house while he was at school, regardless he still plays the upright piano in his living room. A long-time friend of his (DJ Squall look him up) helped Andrei regain his status in the musical community by teaching him the art of DJing in exchange for lessons on using Cubase and other similar audio creation software. Slowly but surely he's starting to make a name for himself and slowly rebuilding his home studio and music library.
I listen to just about any genre as long as it's good music i'll listen to it. Anyways, here are some my most influential artists that i like:
