A Where the Wild Things Are Edition of THIS WAS 2022 [in review] with #strangecargo from 24.02.23 [with FULL tracklistings.]

Welcome to another installment of left-of-leftfield sonic antics as we continue digging through the veritable mountain of music which came to our attention in 2022. Yet more #norules late-night action aimed at those seeking a break from the norm and a truly #chilled and #alternative #soundscape, with which to see in the weekend in fine fettle. So here it is! Ep 8 of 13 and a right mixed bag this time around, one of my fave style of sets to be honest, #nolimits, journeying stuff all the way, starting one place and ending up somewhere completely different over 240 mins covering 360 degrees of sound with reckless, feckless abandon, solely concentrating on the vibes, nice and slow but building towards a crashing crescendo to close and throw your beer about a bit!

2 tracks from Tenderlonius, well parts of 2 tracks thrown in this weeks' episode, despite the fact, really it was released late Oct of '21. Other than that 2022 releases and re-issues all the way and all over the shop, like a madmans' marbles!

After this episode, we have 5 remaining sets in this mini-series and then we will switch things up a tad, bringing in a whole host of international guest selectors with SERIES SEVEN of #wedigdeeper, which will take over the first half of the regular Fri night shows Apr - Sept as we welcome back some old fave selectors for 1 more spin to celebrate reaching half a million listens on the archive. As ever, I am sure we have a real treat on the way for music lovers and some really great collections will be showcased by some ACE characters!!!
