This mix, unlike many of my marathon length supermixes, is a simple one-hour workout routine. It features a cool warm up, follwing with a decent pace for the jog, a brief slowdown period in the middle, and then a higher energy finale before a solid cool down track. Use on the treadmill or outside in the fresh air. Or alternatively, on a treadmill that is also outside in the fresh air. How do I know this mix works? I don't, I hate exercise. Enjoy!
