To celebrate the summer and joining a new gym I have created a new hour long power mix for us to listen to when we do the right thing. I've called it Bat Country in honour of our dear friend Hunter, coz that's how I feel in the exercise environment. "Don't Stop Here! We're In Baaaat Country!" Anyway, this should give you some energy to pump away at whatever you pump away at. Enjoy!
