First off, a special thank for all the props and support over the last 12 months on this site, October, 2012 is now offially my 1 year anniversarry of sharing my mixes with you on house mixes.com. Thanks for all the feedback and support!!
This Uber Commercial mix is the usual 1hr 20min (80min) and fits perfectly on a CD if you are still burning for the ride.

dude... first mix = no bueno. Lets hope this gets better...
2nd mix = worse. Rather than sit here and bash you I'll offer some constructive criticism. So far (through 2 mixes) your biggest problem is that you are keeping both songs playing together for waaaaaaaaayyyy too long. You should shorten your transition between songs by AT LEAST 4 bars.
Just because you have 2 songs perfectly beat matched doesn't mean you should ride it out for so long.
Second, you should really look into a program called "mixed in key" - it's expensive but will help you tremendously when picking your next songs. In the two mixes I've heard so far the keys are clashing together, making for an almost un-listenable transition. Add on top of that the fact that you ride these transitions out for far too long and it's been a tough go so far...
The fact you have recorded your mix, posted it onto this website and even hyperlinked to your profile in the description leads me to believe you are a smart individual. Please take the advice I offered you and try it in your next mix. MAKE THEM SHORT TRANSITIONS ON PURPOSE and then listen to the result. There is a time and place for the long-ride mixing style you are using but not every time. You should limit it to once or twice per session.
I'm not the greatest dj in the world so ignore me if you want. I'm just pointing out what I hear wrong with this mix. -Best
I have to disagree with transitions being to long ... its more down to the fact the tunes don't go together imo ... poor song choice = clattering mixing.... the keys of the tracks are a factor..and the fact your bringing in some of the tracks without them even being in time when you do ..is a big no no ... long tansitions work fine through a whole mix...you just need to know your tunes and do it properly .. just go listen to my stuff ..some mega long transitions and they sound pretty dam good from my end :) but tpz is right 100% about the key thing and the choice of tracks ...play the tracks before you think about mixing them .. dont just grab the first track out of the bag and think fuck it that will go ..
