This is my recreated set from 'bassics' on 7th June 2014 @ Lions Bar Basement, Stalyvegas, Manchester.
It's the very first time that I've put my own event on. We didn't pack it out, but we did get a top crowd into a small intimate basement space, with no MC's, NO PA's, none of the grandiose promises of 'lots of this type of thing' and 'we got loads of this too', it was just simple, about the music, the DJ's being FLY, and a crowd who lapped it up.
It wasn't and isn't (part two coming soon) an Old School Night. I'll leave that to the big chaps and that aint no bad thing, but alternatives are available :)
This is an approximation of what I played on Saturday, it sounds about right anyways, all from the same box and what I kinda remember dropping :)
Hope you enjoy, like and share and some of you if you're in Manchester or nearby may drop down to bassics2 to check me and my friends dropping some proper bombs into your heads.
