Hello fellow house heads,
I will try not to bore you but heres a bit about me.
i first got hooked on dance music in my early teens listening to old tapes of carl cox playing hardcore(u know the score!)
when i hit 16 i brought my first set of technics 1210,s and started playing late 90,s house music as time progressed my music got harder and hard house was my flavour of choice playing in bars and partys in birmingham.
Then in my early 20,s organ speed garage hit birmingham and this was to be my music of choice up until my late 20,s where i played more bars and partys and to be honest is a blur! which meant good times were had! my highlight was playing in a bar in the rainforrest in thailands koh phan yan pumping speed garage and house classics to a bunch of hippies from around the world mushroomed off there heads!
I played my last vinyl gig on my 30th bday party and hung the headphones up not wanting to make the transistion to the new generation cdj,s,after a couple of visits to ibiza i got inspired by all the new electronica house music out there and decided to invest in a pair of pioneere cdj,s, im more hooked than ever and am currently playing a tech house style having played at the successful WHAT IS HOUSE MUSIC night in birmingham am looking forward to more sets.
Finally,i have also started producing my own house music which is as much fun as djing and hope to have releases soon.
