Nik Dee has been DJ’ing since the early days of ’88 in various clubs
up and down the country alongside some of the best DJ’s including Jon Da
Silva, Greg Fenton, Jeremy Healy, Alistair Whitehead, Pete Bromley.
Musical influences are from the likes of Graeme Park, Frankie Knuckles,
Masters at Work, David Morales, Joey Negro.He has ran his own nights, headlined at events and was resident at the infamous Groovy Lemon and Feva events in the 90’s.He joined forces in 1994 with the very popular DJ Welly to make his
first record ‘Give him my love’ which went on to receive good reviews
within the music industry. From then on, producing became as important
as DJ’ing and more records were released under the guise of ‘The Sound
Design’, but when his wife became pregnant in 2001, everything was put
on the back burner.However, he is now back, bigger, better and stronger than ever and
intent on keeping the house fire burning. Who knows, perhaps The Sound
