Inspired by reading through posts on the Old Chorltonions facebook group, i thought i would do a mixtape of the music i was playing at my very first nightclub residency. It was literally the easiest job in the world - just playing the muisc i like and having someone else (Tony) to play the music i didnt. This is a short mix of some of my fave tunes from DJing in 1984 at Adam & Eves Nightclub and Charlie Browns Bar (previously Valentines) in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy (if yer posh). Farah trousers were all the rage and dancing around a pile of handbags was a thing. happy days.
