I DJ'd occasionally many, many years ago (my rave days) for a small techno club my friend managed. I wasn't very good, but I enjoyed it. I continued being a "bedroom DJ" for a few years, after purchasing a couple of Gemini CD players with pitch control and a 2 channel mixer...I thought I was the shit, but I never did anything with it other than make mixed CDs for myself and friends. After several years of not playing with any DJ equipment, I decided to purchase DJay for Mac last year and have enjoyed mixing again...for myself. I'm still not very good, but I try.
