Rama grew up in London, but has always had a grasp on what the future holds for him. Rama first started developing his talent, working as a studio sound engineer, apprenticing some of the great names. From that he grew to produce and write for new upcoming artists, as developing an artist from scratch is far more challenging that working with established names. Always looking for a challenge Rama ventured into establishing a four piece group, known as Tha Bullies. Soon after they landed on an opportunity with the infamous Death Row Records, where they worked on collaborations. Following this new found footing Rama decided to expand to not only producing tracks with the duo known as Hooks and Chain, but writing and featuring on the songs. In 2010, Rama decided to use his talent to post his music to the underground blog scene, and as a result the success spread like wild fire. Tipped by the underground music bloggers scene as a ‘must have’ every time a track is leaked, with promotional downloads of over 200,000 units this year alone. Genuine support for this artist is undeniable. Rama is currently writing and producing for other artists, not to mention finishing his long awaited album in 2011.
