Pouya Rostampour also known as DJ Rostam, is an aspiring DJ/Producer and an Architecture graduate from University of Missouri-Columbia. He was born and raised in Shiraz, Iran until the age of 12 when he moved to the states with his family, and settled in St. Louis, MO. His interest and direction towards the nightlife scene began at the age of 12 by spending hours daily working with computer softwares familiarizing himself with the basics of ‘Sound Production and DJin.’ He holds shows in different areas of Missouri continuing to bring his creativity and talent rockin' different venues all night long. He cares to bring uniqueness and originality to the table at all times with his signature sounds of Electro and Progressive House. He trusts in taking one step at a time is the key to victorious moments. Rostam's professionalism and drive for success has kept him focused to not only push forward but be limitless. Nowadays he focuses on producing, editing, remixing and mashing up sounds while playing for 1,000+ people at local festivals and sponsored events. With 5 years of experience in the industry, Rostam is no where near the stopping point. 'With positivity comes success,' he says.
