Although I have never been classically trained to read or write music, my start in music was actually behind the mic first. Since the birth of Hip Hop, I would always mess around with my friends and make up my own alternate lyrics. I started actually rapping when I was 16. I would take the hip hop tracks that were current and loop the sound on my computer or find instrumentals and rap over them. I've always wanted to produce & scratch on my own tracks for that "Triple Threat". Around 2009 I started to act on that. I purchased my first mixer (an iDJ) and threw a rave party. I was addicted! After playing with a crappy mixer and not being able to actually mix, i did some research & purchased Serato Scratch Live. The parties kept coming and I became a equipment junky. I have done 2 weddings to gain some experience. I have made some house mix cds for clubs to try to get my foot in the door. I spend my time practicing, going to clubs, buying equipment, & crossing my fingers. PRACTICE & ENJOY
