Subbie (Nanda-Gopal Moorali) started listening to trance when he was in primary school, in the 90's. He doesn’t remember what his first trance song listened to was, but his earliest memories of trance would be ATB and the Trancemaster series. During the 2001-2002 (don’t quote here) era vocal trance was emerging and pushing the genre out from underground and into the mainstream. Pure trance enthusiasts would say that vocals have no place in trance – Subbie like vocals, but more have a strong preference for anthem & classic trance. Soon Subbie decided to create his own record label from scratch in 2008 while in high school. He started off with the label “Raverlation Production” an went under the name “DJ Subbass” before changing his name to “Subbie” in 2010. He producer together with many well-known DJ’s & producers in the techno/house/rave genre field until early 2010 where he retires from the genre. He then tour throughout with the trance genre creating Trance on the Beach (TOTB) in mid-August & Early Morning Ocean Drive (EMOD).
Subbie soon shutdown EMOD & TOTB in Late 2010 & after shutting down “Raverlation Production & creating SOS (Sounds Of Subbie) carry’s its own radio show every Thursday title “Sounds Of Bliss” hosted by Subbie himself. On other details Subbie has produce, edit & remix hundreds of music over the period of 2008-2011. ……Today you can find Subbie doing what he loves best……..”producing music for the mind & expressing the feeling of the music”
