HA...yes sometimes i like to get down and dirty 🤭 I'm really glad you enjoyed and appreciated this mix. I do take a lot of time curating the music, putting the mixes together and also doing the mix itself. I do all my own artwork too. I'm addicted to music and always have been right back to my pre-teens in the '70's. Ultimately if you can enjoy your gruelling workouts more as a result then as far as I'm concerned it's job done.
