Music selector and bit pusher. DJ Bloodroot started hitforayDjng at the ripe age of 10 when he started scratching needles back and forthacrossrecords. After learning to move the record rather than the needle and saving up for his first 1200, at 13, he dived into hip hop and turntabilism, batting faders with chins and swiping vinyl with elbows. Ran the premiere bay area radio show for underground rave culture in the early 90s, starting a tradition of 24 hour house music marathons that continues to this day.
