The name of the mix is dedicated to an old friend's all-time classic dancing routine back in our days of bouncing in the legendary Bowlers Manchester night club. Awesome venue, people and music. As I'm going back there to bask in the glory days of pumping hands-in-the-air choons I thought I'd create this mix of classic Bowlers-style tunes.
Most of these I was lucky enough to hear and go mad to at Bowlers back in the day, some I would have liked to have heard and others I just enjoyed from around the same early to mid 90s era. I've not crammed all the anthems into this one mix for fear of a heart-attack but still crammed full of all-time uplifting classics. Enjoy!
