Being a classically trained musician, and proficient at several instruments, Dreamr understands musical meter and scale. Being able to phrase mixes correctly, and move the tone of the mix up and down, is essential to holding a listener's attention. Dreamr utilizes several mixing styles as he burns through his crates.
Fast cuts, blends, chops, loops, and effecting are staples to his shows. As are using musical key to effect the crowds mood. Mixing with Traktor 2 Pro and a Native Instruments S4 controller, Dreamr is no stranger to technology. In fact he was a top ranking Ruby developer before music completely took over his life. He brings that deep technical knowledge to his performances, and never fails to impress the crowd.
Dreamr has long been a huge fan of Electro House and Disco. While his roots were in more traditional rock and roll, when it comes to dancing, these styles just can't be beat. His tastes include French Electro, Dutch House, Fidget House, Complextro, and Funky House.
