AS STORY GOES…
First steps and early years gone in Western Balcans turbulent times of ’90.
Lived and witnessed drastic changes in music world through eyes of ordinary guy.
Influenced by everyday struggle held his first vinil as gift in 1999.
Started as Pop DJ, seeking his own style, roamed through electronic music.
Acting localy, often seen in local Belgrade caffes and smaller clubs, prepared himself for the outer World.
Breakthrough in 2001 - larger clubs, more and more fans, fine tuning of his style – Deep tech-house and Progressive.
As global sound changed Popi DJ added little bit of Minimal, Electro and Acid to his name.
Today, his openharted and unlimited, but basicly Deep…
Also working on a LIVE project with members of the Wonder String Quartet.
2010 start his one record label “Industial recordings” with his partner B-Like.
2011 joined “Ambasada Records” with Dave Floyd
Getting ready for the upcoming single on “Ambasada records” and “Industrial recordings” under the new alias – Popi Divine
