Atul as he is fondly called by friends, followers and fans alike, had an unassuming start in the golden years of the late 2010 in the bustling city of Kolkata, India. What stood out back in those days was the passion with which this power-house of a talent unleashed cutting-edge dance music from his console, technically perfect and mixing each track with surgical precision, scorching down heaving dance floors. Slowly andmassively he began a comprehensive journey of euphoric sets that generated mass hysteria. Atul’s halcyon nights of mammoth seven hour sets are still talked about with feverish passion and delight by veteran clubbers as well as the ever changing, ever evolving party heads of today. His position as a pioneering top jock has been cemented by the constant growth in his fan following and regular assignments. Essentially a progressive/tech house and uplifting trance goliath, Atul often infuses brand new sounds of minimal and techno into his sets just for that added element of fun & versatility, ensuring every set has a smooth build-up, a bright crescendo and a magical ending. A man on a mission, his ability to take his audience on a journey at the dance floor is something of a musical experience, the dynamics untouched. With Progressive House and Progressive Trance as his forte, the year 2010 saw a different side of his, when he ventured into the twisted world of Dubstep and Dubsex India was born.
