Her first experience with electronic music starts when she moves in Timisoara for study and she goes to several gigs there. From the beginning, Vess realises she is more into the sound than into the party. So she starts expressing herself through music. Vess is influenced by artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Plastikman, Pheek, AKiko Kiyama, Troy Pierce, Margaret Dygas, Masomenos, Kraftwerk. Her musical vision is based on complexity, creativity, smooth transitions, repetitive, static, universal sounds; defining a style that "makes you think at the same time you wanna dance".
As genres, she preferes minimal, deep house, psychedelic, experimental, dub.
