I'm a music fan stuck on jungle, idm, dub, chill, minimal some. I do listen to almost everything though. If it's good I listen to it. I'm amazed at the number of artists there must be to produce such prolific amounts of recordings for the amount of djs there are mixing this stuff. And I wonder where I would find such music anywhere else than here, for one. You know a virtual conundrum. Where is it in my real life? Short of internet radio, certainly not fm!?There again , that virtual stuff...Big Ups to all the artists in this community!

Danny DarKo Danny DarKo has been on the club circuit for around about 10yrs in and about south yorkshire Danny is based in doncaster his music genres are as follows BASSLINE, 4X4, ORGAN HOUSE, ELECTRO HOUSE, JACKIN HOUSE, COMMERCIAL HOUSE LIQUID DRUM AND BASS, HARDDANCE Dannny has played most of the top clubs/bars in Doncaster and also played alongside some of the top artists/djs which include.... H20, THE WIDEBOYS, DJ Q,VIRGO AKA MR V, DJ LAPPELL, JAMIE DUGGAN, BIG ANG, DELINQUENT, SHAOLIN MASTER. ez, been dj ing around 20 yrs now,first started playing hardcore rave/breakbeat. after that i was playing happy harcore for a while then moved on to jungle/drum n bass around 1993/94. the first club i played at was sterns down on the south coast back in 92 when i was 16,after that i went on to play energy fm radio in and around brighton. around 94 i moved back home to south yorkshire,still dj ing and playing drum n bass,from then till now ive played up and down the country from small parties to big venues.i took on dj ing as a full time job around 2001 playing hip hop and rnb the money was good but the free beer was too much lol.nowadays im just happy doin my weekly slots on http://www.spicemusicradio.co.uk/page/chat sundays 4 till 6 and bassjunkees.com saturdays 8 till 10

I got into mixing when owning a music room on Paltalk about 10 years ago, and got curious how people were playing and mixing music, so eventually I acquired a software program called Traktor, which was fun to experiment with, but quite hard work. I managed to master the basics, but not a fully fledged mixer. In 2008 I met my partner DJ Graphite, who introduced me to Virtual DJ, which was a lot more user friendly, he showed me the ropes, and the rest is history as they say, and my love of music has grown more and more. I dont put myself out there as a proper DJ, as i dont use decks or CDJs etc, but think that I am pretty good at mixing and mashing, as I do love creating mashups lol. It all started back in 1990 with The Happy Mondays & Stone Roses. Rave was still underground & Illegal The sound was fresh. It all started when I listened to a mixtape a mate was listenin to he said have a listen to this. I soon started to search for pirate stations around my local area, MIX FM, FRESH FM (Leicester) & KOOL FM (Birmingham). Has I got more into the music I thought I would have a go at DJin so brought myself a pair of soundlab belt drives & a numark mixer & buy my vinyl from 5HQ. In 2009 I thought I would have a go at producin my own tracks. UNDER CONTRUCTION
