Hi I am Danny, I have come in to mixing and producing a bit later in life but have always loved music and have a very ecleptic taste depending on mood and social situation. I start my love of dance at 14 sneeking of to Donny warehouse and Howden then when I reached age The Afterdark at Morley but as the music got Harder I got fluffier and was a big Basic's fan and end my clubbing at the bedrooms leeds and Loco's. Thus my love of House and most forms of it I like a dance and can't bounce any more so now I am a bedroom DJ of 3 years in April

I first started djing around about 12 years ago when i was 17. It was by chance i knew a dj in a bar and one week he asked me if i could do his set for him as he couldnt make it and gave me a brief lesson on what to do and from there i was hooked. I started getting sets playing hip hop and garage in Doncaster and sheffield and then discovered speed garage in 2001 and then started playing that. During that time myself and 2 others started a label called Gridlockd Records which became one of the biggest labels in the scene in a very short time as we were the only label making original tracks. Fast forward 12 years and in that time i played the first bassline set on bbc 1xtra, put together a compilation for ministry of sound (Maximum bass 2007) And had tracks signed to mos and all around the world (Universal). I decided in 2008 that i wasnt gonna pidgeonhole myself to one genre and went self employed as a dj and tutor. Around that time i got my own show on local legal radio station sine fm and my weekend vibes show did so well they moved me from 2-3 sat afternoon to 6-8 saturday night the show before dj legend graeme park. Nowadays i do a show called the history of Dance music on sine fm 102.6fm in Doncaster or www.sinefm.com worldwide every tuesday evening 8pm-10pm.

Hi, I love DJ'ing, I'm doing it for several years now. I mix different styles of music: chill-out, psybient, ambient, progressive tech/trance, blunted beats, jazz or some abstract atmospheric music. I choose records who have an emotional impact on myself and others. I don't listen to mainstream radio-stations. These days I'm mostly active in psybient, ambient and progressive music. But things evolve, just like life does. Contact: floyd2.0@skynet.be Love&Light

House music has always been a big part of my life earning my first residency at the age of 14 playing soulful house. I have since moved through various sub-genres but settled well within the thoroughbred house and techno region. Oldskool influences with a modern, techy twist. Playing all over the country and in Ibiza you can keep up to date with my gigs and mixes here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/DJ-Justin-Gardner/136368648432?sk=info Comment, share and enjoy! X

As far back as i can remember about 23 years ago when i was 13/14 i started listening to the oldskool/Happyhardcore tunage , as a few years went by , i started havin the love for the HappyHardcore vibe and since then i wanted to get myself my 1st set of decks , but... never kind of happened . From all the tunes that was made and played , some of them top DJ'S inspired me such as DJ SY , DOUGAL , RAMOS , SLIPMAT , RATTPACK , FORCE AND STYLES , VIBES AND LIVELEE and so on and so on , to many super stars to mention . as the years went by , i got older obviously but kinda leavin the scene coz of work , kids etc . Eventually i started gettin back into the scene as i couldnt leave the sounds of the hardcore , It felt like it was apart of my life , but now it is , PROPER !!!! over the years again , i was gettin older and started to think more about getting my 1st set of decks . So as from April 2009 , i got my 1st set of Gemini DD's and borrowed a few vinyl from a mate of mine (Tony Merlin) and started havin a mess about , Didnt think anymore of it , just wanted the fun and the buzz of wanting to be a dj wanna be lol . after 6months of my 1st ever purchase of my decks , i recorded my 1st mix in october 09 . and that gave me over 80 downloads in 2 weeks lol . i didnt think it was bad myself for a virgin in the mixin scene . In febuary 2010 , i dropped on my 1st radio show and got a slot onhttp://www.the-underground.co.uk/ , then i got a slot on Narcoticradio , then Diehard radio , A sunday player on kraftyradio , slot onwww.Dancetransmission.com , http://www.x-treme-energy.co.uk/ .loads to mention but no room ... Over the months of 2010 , i kinda got better in mixin but with loadsa clangs here n there etc lol , i was actually asked by x-treme-energy-events if i could play a set for them at the plug in brum on 25th Sept 2010 , of course i took the chance even though i never thought id be out there mixin the tunage , another bookin from x-treme was in line aswell , then another , all within a few months , and appreciation is goin out to those who has supported me over the years . loads of bookings in since 2010 , with radios and events . respect to you all and many thanks for giving me that chance .I only started mixin for the laugh but its took me further than what i expected , in such a short time .. hope things work out for me lol ;) .. RESPECT TO YOU ALL XX P.L.U.R XX

I’ve been collecting vinyl and putting together mixtapes, of varying music for the last fifteen years. I used to play trance but the trance boom (commercial takeover) in 1999 put me off what was once a creative source of music. The music became predictive, poppy, dull and formulaic. Whilst studying in Nottingham, England I played funk, soul and hiphop at parties and in bars in the Hockley area. I also played at a monthly night with a friend at the Hard to Find Café Bar called Random Tandem where we could play anything we liked from the past, as long as people knew it and would love it. This gave us chance to be as creative and imaginative as we wanted to be. We also played breaks at the Blueprint club which was a real experience and a right laugh. Since moving back to Sheffield i’ve been re-energised by the rise and rise of dubstep and the creativity that has come with it (although no more wobblers or chainsaws please!). I’ve also grown to love the spacey and funky sounds (that are a bit more musical and accessible) that have come with ‘liquid’ dnb over the last few years and at the moment there seems to be a limitless supply of new tunes coming out. At the moment I’m looking for a residency in a bar or club in the Sheffield area. I can play funk, old school hip-hop, breaks and ‘liquid’ (I don’t like this term>pidgeon holing again!) Drum n Bass. More mixes to come! Get in touch my email address is adedent_53@hotmail.com.
