After 2 shows of early 90s peak time madness, Back In A Constant Groove heads down some lesser travelled roads. Opening with the 1985 chill-out classic "Moments In Love" we gradually build the groove with loops taken from The Rhythm Masters (Ray Love and Damon Wild) and Aphex Twin (here as Q-Chastic) before closing out the segment with The Grid. Part 2 sees hip-hop, ska-infused hip-hop, Adonis and Andronicus' happy house monster before things get serious in part 3 with some UR beats, and some UR hip hop (yes, from Robert Hood no less). Then there's some moody deepness from Davel Angel, some cracking uplifting UK Hardcore and 808 State doing a proper song to finish off. Phew!
