Even as a young child, music had a great effect on his life. On his 6ths birthday he received an electronic keyboard, and from that day forward his musical journey began... Classical rock music had an influence on him during his boyhood, even to this day he prefers to listen to groups like, Jimi Hendrix, Deep purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and the list goes on... In the year 2000, Ben became more familiar with electronic music. He found it interesting how the music was placed into coordination, and what inspired producers to create their tracks. For this reason, Ben started to take action, and learned how to produce music, first using amature, later using professional programs. He came across FL Studio, then he learned how to use it all on his own. In 2003 for the first time, Ben made a visit to a bigger techno party in the city of Szentendre. This night Chris Liebing was the star DJ, and this event gave him yet another push to continue his musical career. For the next few years he went to alot of clubs and events. This had given him a wider insight, and contributed to his most memorable experiences and music. In 2004 he purchased his first turntables and mixer. He started purchasing a whole variety of vinyl records, continued to practise, and bought 2 cd players. During the same year, he founded the Special Tech Team, which had 3 members: Rolchie, Dave Aloha, and Ben Colmen. Their first show was for 2005 new years, at a local coffee shop. By 2006 they were hosting their own partys. By 2007 the group splits and they go their seperate ways... During that year Ben received many opportunities to play his music in Budapests K2-CLUB, as well as at Kashmir Underground Club. Eventually he returned to his hometown, and with his new partner Peekay, continued his already known Special Tech Nights. In 2008 he moved to Vancouver BC, Canada to try his luck. He has continued to produce his music, with his wife as part of his inspiration.</p> Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Markantonio, Joseph Capriati, Chris Liebing, Monika Kruse, Samuel L.
