"Dreamer" A Tech/Techno collaboration Sanka and I did a while back.
Thanks to HouseMixes I've met Sanka which is also from South Africa but now lives in Australia. Small world...we found that we went to the same parties and clubs back in the day. Really wish I knew him back then...we would have mixed and party like animals I'm sure. He's a great guy to have met here and has got the same passion for beats...not even to mention he's great skills and taste when it comes to laying it down in the decks! Shot bru as we say in SA...much respect to you.
As for the set...I think it's full of diversity from both sides with some great tracks in the deep and harder side. Interesting transitions as we both dare.
first 40 min it's Disco then handing it over to Sanka.

Fantastic mix, 2 cats i have mad respect for, both of you are true pros at the deck destruction, you both have a style and a signature style that when i see mixes come from the both of you i get excited that i know i am not going to be hearing a bunch of kindergarten cop imma hear some fantastic beats and diversity to set me off, this mix is special in the fact that once again not ever did i get bored or laxed, and kept anticipating and waiting, and was as joyous at the end as i was when i hit play, i have huge respect for both of you and so glad to see a collab done and done this great. a true fan of both of you, Jrans...............lets hit play again...round 2 here we go.. yesssssssss yesssssssss

just finished a 2nd listen to this as 1st time i was often distracted. gotta say it's a very fine colab. when the sanka section kicks in the flow stays perfect & the quality of the tunage is very very high from start to end. top stuff geezers

Writing this while i listen to your new set.. (loving that) Firstly just a big thank you to Disco for doing this collab with me. I really enjoyed doing it. Also for his patients as i had some technical issue my end and the dude had to wait for a month. Loved his half, i was lucky to hear it a few times before i recorded my half. Secondly to all the peps who took a hour out of there busy life's to have a go. Much love. Much respect for Disco.

I'm playing at a bar where deep house/nu disco is the mainly genres, so I'm very focus on these genres lately... so, the good thing is when I press play on this collab set and found such a quality from you both. Solid mix, nice build. Perfect tunes selection sounding very tecky as I like. This is Dope. Respect to you guys. Peace.

Haha...nearly 3 weeks late gettin' on this...I swear I'll be late for my own burial!!...better late than never hey!...right from the word go & now @30 mins in n' Wowsya I'm lovin' these deep bass vibes of Tech House...Deep Tech...Techno WTF who cares what fookin' genre it is when they're great sounds like this & blended together as if they are ONE...Fristech mastery at his usual best!...I just adore the way you mix man!!...n' feels like I am gettin' totally lost into these choons n' not a care in the world ATM!...classy stuff so far mate n' soon to see if Sanka can follow!...which I'm sure he will! :D

Sanka hasn't failed in following on whatsoever, tracks are slightly on the lighter side, but nonetheless the vibes are bangin' me from ere to ere...haha @57 mins n' I'm a shakin' noddin' n' a groovin' in my chair...that's the only way I can dance these days!...haha...absolutely LOVE THIS SET!!
