Back with a bang! Finally I made it back here and could donate a bit. I was really busy with my new soundcloud account blasting some heavy techno mixes. This one here is not as fast as most of my techno sets. I wanted to create a nice and dark atmosphere, with some little violent eruptions. It's really dark so some of you guys wont have much fun with it. But I think a few guys (like Rodger, Tjacks, Fagos and Paddy) could have a good time with. I really tried to work on my transitions in this set so I would be pleased if some of you guys could drop some c's here.
So have fun with this mix!
Cheers!

Hard techno is the reason I fell in love with electronic music about 20 years ago. The problem with the genre to me is that too many djs are playing uninspired sets. What this sound was always about to me is blasting myself and whoever is listening into outer space. This is the perfect example of that. I've been to hundreds maybe thousands of raves worldwide and made and listened to countless techno mixes in my years and this is by far my favorite hour of techno ever. By far. Relentless and masterfully programmed. Randall is going to eat this up. He's made some crazy techno sets but this sounds like an alien came to earth and used sound to explain to us that his race race was about to blow our planet into dust particles. Wow. I only heard once but I don't remember noticing that u were even mixing. Just kind of stupefied by each new sound or change being more aggressive and surprising than the next. Usually u will here a nasty track or 2 in a set but it's hard for people to keep that pace so there's always a point of come down. When that monster 4/4 turned into a cracked up break beat around the middle somewhere I had to play it back 4 times just so I never forget it. If I was capable of throwing down techno of that caliber that's all I would do. There are dis who play great music and then there are dis who want to beat up mind into oblivion. I knew u were one of the few techno djs I actually respected but I wasn't prepared for this. I was working on a new set and took a break to listen and I won't be able to go back to it for a few days at least. Hahaha. I'm not kidding. Like I said I have been out of touch with this scene for 10 years but I do check stuff out once in a while so I may not be the right guy to say this but if anyone shows me a tech set that can touch this I would love to hear it. Not many people have the depth or nerve to deal with this sound but I guarantee the ones who do will say the same. Welcome back robotnick. Way to make an entrance. 1 question. What will u do next? Lol
shiiiiiiiiiiiiit mate..........this is good,damn bro
40 min. in and i am really blown away....
hahah it's still going forward, not losing the pace
Man got to tell you if it comes to dark and harder techno this is right up my street, agree with Niko, Jason should give a listen to this one, really well mixed, you are holding the vibes and building it up..........Best Techno set what i heard from you until now...RESPECT

OPENING TRACK!!!! - Imagery...Dark and murky waters begins this journey. The antiquated light house that has been pummeled with waves and the wears of time. 9:50 mark - Dig the percussion and the swinging of metal or delayed jackhammer sound. At 11:20 that inverted (muffled) alarm leaves an alarming impression. 14:42 - The crickets are morphing into organisms that have a yearning for human blood. Their teeth have the lovely feel of a safety pin through the soft spot of the thumb and index finger. 19:53 - DIG THIS!!!!! Minimalist style here. 27:00 - Notice the three chord synth lick that comes in. Point here...LOCKED IN...fading away into the subconscious. 31:07 - All the organisms are leaving their hidden places of rest and showing themselves visible on our familiar grass. 33:30 - MOMENTUM!!!!!!! Mouth starts to water here, gets the venom flowing!!!! 35:10 - OH YEAH!!!!! More percussion here, getting the head noddin' thinking those primal thoughts. 40:25 - Yes...that laser shot through the ears and those metallic fans in the background will cause you to become a bit INFLICTED!!!!!! 47:07 - INSIDIOUS!!!! Right here, reminds you of how numb your mouth gets when you rub cocaine on your gums. 49:47 - Trippy percussion and synth stanza. 55:05 - Mind is morphing, external life gets numb with this one. 56:35 - Luv the percussion here!!! 59:54 - Perfect combo of minimalist and percussion influences. 62:47 - Why is it the organisms have arrived at the home of a pathogen from our past? 67:20 - The pathogen was asleep, but has awakened to chirps, scratches, and the sounds of a glorious array of organisms outside its window. 72:25 - PROPER BANG!!!!!!! Some serious percussion on this stanza!!!!!! 75:33 - Be ready for when the treble portion kicks up. It has become apparent that the organisms are entering from the foundational cracks of the residence. 85:17 - CODA!!!!! Slow warping synth. And they swarm the pathogen to feed, just as it has fed on what was once our harmony.
- Dark Tech and Minimalist fans will enjoy this extravagant journey Robotnik has provided. There is no light here, and when the violent touches come, you will feel it. 89 mins...15 secs...DO NOT MISS THIS!
almost my type of techno. a bit too minimal and fast for me overall but yeah....i dig
I am on this today.
Only 30 min. in and this is already a bangin' set; will definitely finish this later. Peace
Just finished listening to the rest of this; this really is mind-blowing!!!!!! The track around the 73 min. mark is annihilating; to those who may not be feeling this, you're totally missing out on a fantastic journey.
