Welcome to another gone in 90 😄 WOW another storming mix SLR...great job. To be honest i felt the rework of Insomnia was fucking awful but that's just my opinion. I heard this a few weeks ago and wanted to like it but i hate it...it's a shame in a way that it had to be spoiled but there we have it. Otherwise this mix is top drawer and great news about our collaboration on hearthis...talking of collaborations...excuse me while i really clear my throat 😄 thanks for sharing again 👍🏻😎 oh yeah one last thing...suddenly i can hear your voice much louder...what happened?
I actually like Maceo Plex as a producer but as you quite rightly say this is almost blasphemous. The way he has made Maxi Jazz sound almost demonic is not at all fitting to this tune in any way shape or form. No i couldn't sit and listen to the monster mix of this on repeat but i couldn't make it all the way through this version on the only listen it's that bad in my opinion. The problem is everyone knows the original and probably thinks this is a really good modern re-interpretation of that track but it's so off the mark in so many ways it's unbelievable. It's probably doing well because people are just jumping on it because of the original. Yes its about opinions and taste and in my opinion this is done in the worst possible taste. I'm glad to know that a man of your age is still training his voice...that funny so allow me a moment 🤣 whatever you're doing it's much better and i can make all your words out now. No worries about the collab...my throat is getting sore now due to all the deliberate clearing of my throat but i look forward to teaming up with you again in the future...soon maybe who knows 👍🏻😎
