I was born 49 years ago and have been close to music since childhood. As a young man, I decided I wanted to become a DJ. **My professional start** came in 1993. That’s when I fully committed to mixing and creating music for discos and club events. My distinctive style and energetic performances quickly won me popularity, and I gradually became a familiar face in the local club circuit. **During my career**, I had the amazing opportunity to travel and perform on various stages. These experiences enriched me immensely, not just musically but also as a person. I learned to feel the crowd’s energy, and my mixing skills became my trademark, propelling me to the top of the local DJ scene. **After years spent in the prime of my career**, I felt in 2008 that it was time for a change. I decided to end my active DJ career and devote myself to other interests and responsibilities. Though I no longer play at major events today, my passion for music and mixing still burns within me. **I’m still part of** our local music community, and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved for DJ culture. I love happy cheesy pop music but I will give anything a try if I like it!!! I love to sing and dance to the music I mix, its a great way to unwind. If it makes someone else happy along the way then that makes it very much more worthwhile :-) After a hiatus of a few months I am now back djing on www.justhitsradio.com which I am thoroughly enjoying with my show Discoland.

With initals like that, Dan was born to DJ. He began DJing in the University of London circuit in 1998 and has been a professional function, corporate and club DJ since 2002. He has since rocked prestigious venues such as Cafe de Paris, Piccadilly Institute, Cafe Royal, Emirates Stadium and many Park Lane Hotels. He has torn up the dancefloor at clubs such as Ministry of Sound, Egg and Beat. His international DJ career has taken him as far-flung as South Africa and Cyprus.
