DJ Kidd Kurrupt was born on Dec 8,1987 in LaPlata Maryland.At the tender age of ten I started dj'ing for the very first time in June 1,1998 at a underground reggea bashment an after my first gig I was hooked. I found out at a young age that I had a ear for music and a talent for mixing differnt genres of music like old school hip hop,reggae, and funk. My father was a DJ at the time also and he noticed that I was practicing on the turntables every chance that I got. My father started me off with a few gigs on saturdays at local block parties during the summer time.After a few gigs I started to make a name for myself in the neighborhood as the young kidd that can put it down on the turntables. A few years went by and I, DJ Kidd Kurrupt started to get more shows and a large following in the underground reggeaton scene and techno raves. I soon started to draw hundreds of people to my live sets. One day I met a club promoter while networking at a local mall, the two exchanged numbers and I, DJ Kidd Kurrupt invited him out to watch him perform at a show. When the club promoter saw the way I showed my skills, worked the crowd, and my ablilities with mixing and scratching; he decided to give me- this young and upcoming DJ a chance to spin at one of the biggest dance clubs in Maryland at the time. I play all forms of trance music like uplifting trance, vocal trance,progressive trance and psy trance.I also play wide variety of music such as oldschool/newschool Hiphop, R&B, Soul, Nu-Soul, Funk, Oldies electro, dubstep, Rap, Underground Hiphop, Reggae, Culture Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Culipso, Ragga, Ragga Jungle, tech house and technomusic. I can alos mix it up with Trance, Techno, Dance, Reggeaton, Salsa, Dirty South Rap, and Hindu music! baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew. Got Into house music about 1987, didnt really know what it was until I went to Detroit Michicagan in 1991 ;to vist and wound up Moving there! Met Ken Colliier! (R.I.P.) ; Came back to Texas and Some how wound up at the Winter Music Conference in 2001( Havent been the same since) I got the opportunity to visit the Shelter in NYC 2002 LOST ;MY ;MIND! I have played in Chicago, NYC, but mainly southern states( TX, LA,TN, OK, MS, GA, FL) ; Currently im spinning in a club here in Dallas, having to change withthe hip hop times, but house is still my heart!
